to achieve store targets, through effective management (of the store team) compliance with the organizational policies and procedures
Main tasks:
- Targets and Profitability Manage and lead the store into achieving store KPI and targets in order to meet the overall organizational objectives.

- Manage the appraisal process, in line with the Sales guidelines in order to meet HR requirements
- Lead the team by creating a positive and motivational work environment, as well as by being exemplary, in order to maintain a fully engaged work force.
- Competitor and Product : up-to-date product knowledge, in terms of designs, trends, quality-based issues, availability in order to provide excellent customer service. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the competitors in order to identify our unique selling points(USP) thereby driving sales.
