• Monitor, control and issuing Sales PO’s to MTU and other international suppliers with implementing the approval process before placed the order.
• Negotiation sales agreements with MTU and other international suppliers in terms of sales agreements, price.
• Monitor receivables of the Sales Department for machine sales.
• Monitor and control the sales department costs and expenses as per budget.
• Monitor and control the 3rd party suppliers in the term of best price, delivery and payment during prepare the sales proposals.
• Initializing the annual sales forecasts and amendments as required.
• Hiring of sales Engineers for Kuwait in order to achieve the required market coverage.
• Training and supervision of the sales Engineers.
• Maintenance of the quotations ensuring that the maximum price and profit is achieved for the company.
• Identification and promotion of Key Products within various customer segments.
• Identification and management of Key Customers.
• Identification of the sales strategy for the area.
• Ensure a high level of interaction & coordination with the aftermarket departments in order to increase our aftermarket market penetration.
• Ensure a high level of interaction & coordination with Project departments in order to deliver the project on time without any delays or penalties.
• Maintain updated intelligence information on projects and KPI sales activities by report it on a weekly basis to General Manager
