Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company policies and strategies that seek to increase retention rates and employee job satisfaction.
- Handle, Monitor the full cycle of BINA Holding SAP Payroll system.
- Develop and implement HR Systems, re:
a: HCM Portal “e-Bina Services System” for BINA Group which integrates human resources, benefits, and payroll system, and eliminate the unnecessary paperwork by replacing the traditional routine work with complete electronic processing. This system removes the delays in the approval cycle and task completion as well as giving more control and increases efficiency to serve BINA Family.
b: QlikView Reporting System: is a guided analytics solution. which develops and delivers interactive guided analytics applications and dashboards. QlikView compresses data and holds it in memory, where it is available for immediate exploration by multiple users. QlikView connects directly to the data source. QlikView delivers an associative experience across all the data used for analysis, regardless of where it is stored.
c: SAP Development Project: SAP HCM Module (Human Capital Management) & SAP PS/FI Module (Project System / Financial Accounting).
- Prepare job descriptions, compensation, incentive, and bonus scheme programs, which encourage employee performance and increase retention rates.
- Update, Monitor the Employee Provision of BINA Group.
- Formulate HR forms and applications which help the smooth flow of work and self-initiated HR process.
- Plan and coordinate with Group QA Manager to ensure a smooth HR operation on day to day basis.
- Monitor the Medical insurance of BINA Holding Employee, as well as negotiate for cost-effective medical insurance.
- Monitor & Maintain employee master data of BINA Group.
- Monitor BINA Holding VISA’S and coordinate with the recruitment agencies for deploying BINA new employees.
- Monitors the employee vacation plan and the booking records.
- Monitors the Rental Manpower suppliers.

The primary responsibility of this role is to increase Bayt.com product portfolio per customer and to maintain the highest level of customers’ loyalty.

Essential Duties:
-Transition customers who previously purchased from a Bayt.com Acquisition Relationship Manager to your database,
-Maintain and grow transactions and revenue volumes from assigned database of customers,
-Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by building long-term relationships and providing quality customer service,
-Effectively manage the growth of approximately 240 assigned customers through transactional and solution-oriented selling approach,
-Determine customers' recruitment needs, and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs,
-Give online demonstrations to clients on Bayt.com in order to handle objections and convince customers to buy.

Essential Tasks:
-Initiate primarily telephonic outbound calls to your assigned database,
-Effectively qualify through Recruitment Needs Analysis; using value-based selling,
-Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
-Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of customers contacted into CRM
-Manage growth of customer’s business by developing them to be loyal customers of Bayt.com,
-Overseeing fulfillment of Training, Customer Care and Executive Search.
-Accurately use CRM for sales processing; keep comprehensive, accurate notes in CRM, prepare forms or agreements to complete sales.
