Develop and implement new Documents cycle to improve a good flow of work;
Establishing and Controlling chain of 22 warehouses kingdom wise.
Analyze, review and control the inventory in coordination with Maintenance Departments: Recognizing their needs & requirements and evaluating max. & min. stock levels ensuring cost saving storage techniques;
Controlling material flow and storage ensuring best delivery between warehouse and service Dept.
Classify stock aging, non-moving and expired goods and establish action plans
Liaising with the Finance Department the costs & annual budgets;

Managing the following activities :
Supervising shipping, loading and unloading of delivery parts;
Supervising warehouse and employees/ storekeepers as well as training them warehouse procedures and documents cycle;
Receiving inspection (verifying accuracy and first step quality assurance);
Auditing in different Areas as: (Warehouse, / Receiving / Inspection Areas / and Shipping in both System and Physically)
Contacting suppliers and following up on orders including doing the necessary negotiation for the best prices.
Supervising customs for clearing materials in secure and fast way.
