• Hardware and Software installation for Workstations, Servers, Phones and Printers.
• Support and maintenance of all equipment including desktops, 2008/2016 servers, Cisco switches, and VM hosts.
• Daily checkup and correct any Network failure.
• Develop and maintain all security procedures (data, application and network).
• Ensuring the system is on-line daily.
• Supporting +7000 students and +500 staff, including accounts, passwords and permissions.
