Provide all services which Customers need it as a support to the related Dept, once their shipments under Our Custody. And these services as below:
- Receive the Customer requests and pass it to the related Dept.
- Follow up the Customer request with the charge Dept to be sure that it achieved Customer requirements.
- Follow up Customers's shipments from loading till arrive & inform them with loading notices & Arrival notices & update them for their shipments which booked on our vessels.
- Update Client list data by contacting the Customers and record their feedback about the service.
- Support others Depts., (Import, Export, Sales Dept, Equipments Control, and Documentation).
