Performs assigned preventive maintenance tasks.
• Performs scheduled maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Provide prompt response to inquiries whenever there is a breakdown, and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
• Repairs & replaces worn/defective parts, motors, control devices, etc.
• Develop electrical and controls system design solutions.
• Request & obtain quotations form potential vendors.
• Establish excellent relationship with potential vendors.
• Recommend replacement for old or faulty electrical components or fittings to the management.

Deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers such as:
➢ IP Telephony
➢ CCTV Camera
➢ Public address.
• Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase
production
• Identify client requirements: (technical requirements, client infrastructure, configuration), technical design
(including solution configuration and diagrams) and planning phases of the sale cycle.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
• Establish excellent relationship with existing customers and create new customers.
• Provide on time response to all customer queries and closely follow up active quotations.
• Be updated with all products range and promote new products.
