Analyze and gather the requirements, AS a Technical system architecture and ownership for 3 systems (NTSwincash- Inventory and Cash management system, Queuing Management system and Workforce Management System) with the following characteristics:
1. Performs complex, advanced work of a professional nature and coordinates and serves as project manager on complex systems development and enhancement projects,
2. Utilizing skills that require an understanding of complex business processes and requirements and the development of applications to streamline/automate processes while working with a significant amount of independent authority and judgment. Incumbents’ primary responsibilities consist of managing large, complex projects and leading project teams and/or providing expertise and lead direction to other professional staff responsible for business systems analysis and the development of technical solutions.
3. Provide functional or direct supervision over subordinate technical and/or professional staff.
As Owner of POS, Queue and Attendance management for retail channel and responsible for end to end requirements delivery cycle started from gathering, analyzing the requirements, design documents, vendor communications and management, unit and integration testing, deliverables assurance, manage the going live activities and deployment to production plan.
As Application calendar planner for business unit including projects and budget submission \[all financials from RFP till PO release\]
Using CMMI standards, responsible for all departments processes, policies and practices activities including definition, audit, strength - weakness and deliverables.
As a quality measurement control, define projects KPI’s-baseline, update the repository, quantitative audit.
As Software Engineering Process Group member (SEPG) for process definition audit and improvement
As J2ME Mobile Developer on Mobile Application Called “MIQS” which has been used in the ‘Stock Market’ Business to buy, sell, Set alarms on specific stock price through the mobile app.
