(OneKey Database Supervisor) I am responsible for the following:
• Train and mentor new and less experienced team members.
• Estimates new projects workload, resources, and plans.
• Share responsibility with Management for processes that fall outside daily operations.
• Analyze the workload for the tasks needed to run the customers projects (as Match & Merge operations, database enrichment, etc.)
• Organize, supervise and follow up the requests from internal and external customers.
• Responsible and accountable of all operations of shift.
• Maintain awareness of existing or potential customer escalation issues
• Create tasks to the team members and assign them according to their capabilities.
• Study all data standards and quality processes, document them, follow up on them on periodical basis
• Responsible for running daily reports to deliver the status of different projects.
• Gather all the projects requirements and how it is impacting the business and set the level of severity accordingly.
• Analyze with the Database Manager the efficiency of its team
• Join conference calls between customers and managers from different teams to determine what is required from our side.
• Support Direct Marketing activities according to local organization

• Routers installations for DSL service for both visit and call activities as one of the installation team personnel.
• Handling with customers in a good manner for any technical support issues.
