MMUP certified engineer leading the procurement & estimation department of a large-scale construction company dealing with projects that include buildings, infrastructure, landscaping, and management/operation. Practical construction project experiences comprise of buildings (residential & commercial), water reservoirs/pump stations, all kind of infrastructure utility networks and landscape/park construction. Technical experience comprises of design coordination/validation, project coordination and overall engineering requirements of projects i.e., drawings/submissions/coordination meetings. Overall performance led to relocation to the company’s Main Office. Current responsibilities include the technical and financial evaluations for the procurement department, cost estimation for budgeting and tendering, monitoring of cost/progress on projects, coordination of design of all engineering aspects with inland projects, supervision and inspection of site team progress, preparation of the required and necessary documentation for tenders and cost reports, coordination between different disciplines/departments/stakeholders and the implementation of the project requirements, from the main office, to ensure teams are meeting project demands and delivery dates.
