Developing data base targeting potential clients.
Designing Presentations and developing proposals for targeted clients selling Contact Center Services.
Setting meetings with targeted clients selling company’s services, customising contact center solutions and negotiating prices.
Attending Seminars and Conferences for both existing and potential clients.
Work on developing existing contact center accounts.
Supporting facility department in vendor management, tender, negotiations and contract management ensuring the best interest of Teleperformance.
Making sure that all the above mentioned duties are done with the Group’s guidelines and in compliance.
Responsible for:
- Selling Samsung Products.
- Following and handling different sales accounts.
- Introducing new lines to the market.
-Handling, following up & reviewing different sales accounts including orders and collection.
-Handling different escalated cases & complaints
-Responsible for sales of ordinary products but best achievement were for high end products like LCDs & Plasmas
-Responsible for sales of the new line White Goods like washing machines & refrigerators
-Handling daily reports including purchasing orders in addition to collection forms
Was responsible for establishing a new product for the Egyptian market called "Black & Decker", also responsible for Alex Branch accounts, Alex warehouse
