In the Computer Department at PACI, I’m responsible for all the activities pertinent to the development, publication, and execution of IT projects to support the strategies for the enterprise and a member of the PACI's steering committee and report directly to Director General (Undersecretary) of PACI. Additionally, I conducted system selections and vendor negotiations. I am. My work spanned application analysis, project management, business analysis, system implementation, and interface and conversion design.
• Responsible for the operational reporting team delivering actionable KPIs to all levels of the enterprise. Efficiency improvements resulted in higher profitability and better supply management.
• Led Advancements in Self Service Analytics enabling insights to be used in operations at a faster pace
• Created and Led the Data Council to provide governance to Data Management initiatives ensuring optimal technology investments
• Introduced Data Quality and Metadata management capabilities that enhanced the value provided from data assets
• Directed technology operations for more than 10 critical projects that directly impact 3.5 Million individuals

I have been responsible for the identification, specification, and execution of analysis and design projects, and have further been responsible for the on-going support and extension of delivered retail and corporate banking solutions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. While the main focus of my role related to the financial sector, I have also been involved in projects within the telecommunications arena. My role within this project has included responsibility for the gathering and documentation of business/technical requirements and the delivery of front-end designs relating thereto.
Main Duties and highlights during my time at Ejada include: -
• Achievements during the Riyad Bank Corporate Internet Banking project
o Production of a complete set of business process analysis documents that covered the bank’s corporate internet banking requirements; working with business owners and technical delivery teams (BPMS, MW, ODS, QA)
o Running several workshops and presentations on the application of Core Services and a defined business model to Business and IT personnel.
• Achievements and activities relating to Riyad Bank’s retail internet site
o Led a team to analyze, design, and introduce a new product to customers offering assurance policies with “long-term investment” and “insurance” along with “Friends Provident International-(FPI)” company in the UK
o Led the Requirements Analysis and Design for the implementation of ISO IBAN standard in Saudi Arabia.
o Identified and documented the VASCO key generator over e-channels.
o Introduced a new Loyalty program for credit card customers to increase card usage, enrollment and customer retention.
• STC Portal Revamp - Researched and analyzed new business requirements, and prepared presentations that covered all the existing usability and accessibility issues.
• Wrote the American Express Business Requirements Statement for Credit Card Transaction Reporting
During my time at CWT, I worked as a Technical Development Manager and was responsible for the management relating to all technological elements of any project, from concept to completion. I was solely responsible for planning, and managing the web-development team; overseeing the code-structure, site testing plans and scripts, and bringing the project to completion, within the time-frame and budget.
Main Duties and highlights during my time at Cyber Web include: -
•Administered and coordinated technical activities involved in the installation, operation and maintenance of machines Lab.
•Involved in layout architecture and support components design.
•Engaged in technical solutions for performance, usability, and accessibility purposes.
•Build SMS web-based application.
•Planning and scheduling of work for the group to ensure proper distribution of assignments and adequate staffing, space and facilities for subsequent performance of duties.
From the onset, I was involved in changes to active projects by adding new functions in order to improve the performance and services, and performed testing to newly developed projects whenever needed.
Main Duties and highlights during my time at Arabia Online LTD. include: -
•Participated in the planning of the interface, database schema, and the configuration of site components.
•Developed applications using TCL Scripts for Vignette V/5 e-Business Platform.
•Entered code changes into applications to correct errors.
•Developed and implemented quality assurance programs related to calibration and maintenance of equipment.
•Played a significant role in preparation of workflow diagrams to modify system software

•Designed and implemented the complete solution architecture for Ministry of Interior & PACI e-Residency Project for discontinuation of residency stamp. Kuwait, Mar 10, 2019
•Holds a discretionary award for the excellent implementation of Software AG and SOA technologies in the region of the Middle East at Software AG's Innovation Tour held in Dubai, May 9 - 11, 2017 / Dubai, United Arab Emirates
•Represented PACI at the International Users Groups Conference held in Rotterdam, Netherlands, 8-12 May, 2015 and holds a discretionary award for implementation of the best SOA project in the Middle East. Reward Name "Opening the Path to Governmental Service Excellence in the Middle-East"
