Responsible of leading the technical team and distributing the tasks among the engineers.
Responsible for the high touch accounts implementations including ISPs.
Generating Network assessment Documents.
Coordinating the flow of information between the sales/presales unit and the technical unit.
Setting up project plans with the PMO for new projects implementations.
Generating HLD, LLD, SOW, NIP and NRFUs documents.
