Branch Manager / Sales Representative

- In charge of supervising opening the show room in the morning & closing it after working times.
- Ensure the punctuality and regular attendance of the staff.
- Appraise the performance of the Branch staff in a timely and fair manner and ensure safekeeping of the filled Appraisal forms
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and security of the properties.
- Keep the custody of the duplicate keys.
- Ensure that all relevant insurances for the branch are in place e.g. Vehicle insurance, Cash in Transit, Cash in Safe etc.
- Correspond with the HQs, Government and other networking agencies, as per the guidance.
- Check all incoming mails whether addressed by name or designation, except those marked ‘Personal’ and/or “Confidential”.
- To sanction staff leave.
- Ensure proper maintenance of leave/ service /contract records of each employee.
- Deal with the appropriate authorities on all matters regarding the office premises.
- Ensure that the Branch programs are planned as per the HQs Strategic Plan.
- Help the staff to plan and implement innovative programs.
- Ensure that the Accounts Officer is maintaining proper books of accounts including basic accounting controls like daily verification of cash in hand, daily entry of cash & bank vouchers, Bank Reconciliation statements, accounting of Receipts / Payments correctly.
- Allocate staff responsibilities for efficient and effective implementation of the operational plan / accounting / administrative.
- Maintain cordial relation and discipline amongst the staff.
- Take part in the selection/recruitment of staff members along with the selection committee and report the short listed candidates to HQs in case of unit heads.
Marketing Coordinator / Sales Manager

- Work as a logistics & Senior Merchandiser providing our customers with best advisory for best material, best suppliers with the shortest & most appropriate root considering production lead-time.
- Handling correspondence with customers, suppliers & any other parties as a liaison.
- Act as a QC. through running & advising our entire customer's sampling procedures & process for buyers like JC Penny, Russell, Hanes, Wal-Mart, K-Mart.
- Promoting & Marketing.
- Control purchasing turn over of $1.5 - 2 Million.
Merchandiser /
Costing Officer

- Managed the buying in of goods and services.
- Liaising with departmental managers to determine their requirements.
- Sourcing suppliers for goods and services and inviting tenders.
- Tenders evaluated and negotiations conducted with the selected suppliers, and terms of contract drawn up with legal specialists.
- Chosen to manage the documentation and certification of the Qualified Product Request (QPR) for the (QIZ) unit.
