•Execute data research through phone calls to visitors, collecting and updating visitors’ data during the exhibition and generating delegate sales revenues in line with targeted objectives.
•Coordinate and implement inside Sales lead generation initiatives by managing research activities as required by each event/conference to compile successful campaign target lists.
•Follows a well-structured sales pitch customized for each event/conference aiming to attract targeted audience.
•Develop a strong pipeline of viable sales leads through personal research and distribution of target/lead information into sales contact database.
•Confirm visitors’ attendance prior to each exhibition and assist them with the online registration procedure if needed.
•Monitor the updating of information related to leads, contacts, accounts and account hierarchies in order to maintain clean, reliable and appropriately structured database records.
•Coordinate with the Marketing department in order to manage the processing and distribution of leads generation campaign opportunities through activities including advertising, direct emails, social media, seminars and conferences.
•Following tangible KPIs and MBOs aiming to develop the sales leads in close cooperation with line manager.
•Logging and tracking all customer exchanges activities on the CRM system.
