• Partnered closely with sales, acting as the main supply chain representative for an account(s), identifying and then driving supply chain account plans and joint value strategies
• Managed the launch of all new products that Microsoft sells, including end of life inventory planning, deployment strategies, channel fill and initial purchase requirements
• Controlled optimal in-stock and inventory weeks of supply to maximize revenue opportunities, ensure on-shelf presence and mitigate returns exposure.

• Constantly coordinated with Plant Managers to maintain a proper supply to the customers

• Reported the monthly sales figures and maintained the set objectives.
• Submit monthly forecast files to the suppliers as per the S&OP Calendar
• Arranged and booked for Export deliveries from Lebanon to ME countries.
• Arranged for Import Shipments mainly from Europe to ME countries
