Duties and Responsibilities:

o Review and analyse system specifications;
o Help troubleshoot issues;
o Execute all the test case/Live offers and reporting defects through the organization defect management system, define severity and priority for each defect;
o A good understanding of the software (Huawei CBS) development process as well understanding of software requirements;
o Generate test cases based on the requirements and other documents;
o Involve at data offers testing including pricing, charging, and verifications as well as responsible for designing testing scenarios for usability testing;

Duties and Responsibilities:

o Participate in process flow analysis and process requirement collecting along with the engagement manager and Head Quarter (HQ) System Engineers (SE);
o Identify significant risks and problems that exist in the project solution, communicate with the key staffs of the project team in time;
o Work with other members in the development team to determine changes and enhancement in the business requirement;
o Determine the gaps between requirements and current functionalities and define workable solutions to bridge the gaps;
o Keep better relationship and communication channel with customer’s technical layer, as well as assist customer for reviewing (Business Process) BP & Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) and to drive the signature of Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) and other research deliverable;
o Clarify issues and differences that exist in business requirement and solution for customer, and then output complete Function Requirement Specification (FRS);
o Map the Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) test cases with the Function Requirement Specification (FRS) and ensure that the testing process User Acceptance Test (UAT) is traced according to the business requirement;
o Maintain the test cases with customer, and records the acquired result according to the real status;
o Follow up with the configuration team, thus to have the complete and acquired business solution;
o Gather information and interpret requirements for testing process;
o Good analytical skills with the understanding of common software failures and faults;
o Conduct presentations with respect to the provided solution along with the given requirements, by making sure that the following solution meets customer requirement;
o Train and supports clients (end users) on the efficient use of Huawei Products;
