Daily Reports :
- Make daily sales reports on a daily and monthly basis for each salesperson and
deliver them to the sales manager.
- Make reports for all company categories and deliver them to the sales manager and
the company manager for each salesperson with their target .
- Make a special report for Red bull and deliver it to the Red bull area manager.
- Make sales orders on the system
Monthly Reports :
- Make sales reports for the Red bull brand at the end of each month and deliver them
to the Red bull Manager and make reports showing the quantities of funds that are
distributed to the market free of charge.
- Prepare sales reports for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with the target
assigned to each salesperson at the end of each month and deliver them to the
company manager and sales manager .
- Make special reports of Maretti&Alnada items and send them to suppliers
- Monitoring the returns of the company's categories in terms of the reason for their
return and the period of their return.
- Make special reports for store contracts.
- Make a special report on the stock of alcoholic and non-alcoholic items to identify
the missing items .
- Make a report for the distribution of the company brands in the market for
alcoholic and non alcoholic brands and deliver it to Sales manager and company
manager
- Perform any other tasks assigned to me by the direct administrator
