• Receive invoices from Jetex agents and fuel suppliers all around the world for aviation fuel uplifts that are provided to Jetex customers upon our request and on Jetex account
• Claim incorrect prices, fees, taxes, and details by communicating with the concerned department, and accept invoices according to the records, agents offers, agreements and taxation rules of each country
• Communicate with our branches and operations departments to solve billing issues.
• Prepare and Issue invoices based on profit margin policies and according to offers or agreements the company makes and send them directly to customers.
• Help company customers with taxation processing including documents preparation and taxation relief if possible.
• Monitor customers invoices status, report to the management about pending and overdue invoices, and coordinate with them to close pending issues
• Check all incoming emails from company agents, customers, branches, departments, managements, colleagues, and always take the necessary action when needed such as providing details, documents, explanations and resolving customers’ claims.

Key Responsibilities;
• Receive, read and analyse daily Arabic & English printed media for specific categories (Business, Banking, Real Estate, Hospitality, Tourism, etc…).
• Extract articles that concern the company’s clients directly or indirectly.
• Analyse articles and prepare a periodical report to be sent it to the client.
• Archive reports for future review.
• Tutor new media monitoring team members on the company, processes & procedures, training and other issues they may have.


Key achievements;
 Helped the operation team by developing the publishing procedures.
 Reduced the overall miss-categorizing and miss-publishing to 1%
 Trained the new operation staff through the publishing procedures and tools

• WIFI product onsite support.
• Helping customers with the installation and demonstration of the product.

• Assist other team members in need.
