Key Responsibilities;
• Prioritizing, planning and organizing all operational responsibilities and set up guidelines to monitor evaluated the performance of operation.
• Involved in designing and development of HVAC system for mega projects.
• Testing and Commissioning of AHUs, FCUs, FAHUs, Pumps, water and air balancing etc.
• Develop and implement resource schedules for all PPM, CM and reactive maintenance work of all MEP equipment including HVAC, Plumbing, Elevators, lifts, generators, swimming pool, water features, life safety system, building management and access control system.
• To ensure all life safety requirements are met as per UAE regulations and NFPA code of practice.
• Identify areas of resource constraint and prepare business case for additional resource where necessary.
• Oversee asset condition survey reports for all projects running under contracts and to provide detailed recommendations (including budgets) for any necessary upgrade work.
• Responsible for smooth operations of premises in prestigious maintenance projects for various make of HVAC equipment (like CARRIER, YORK, TRANE, SKM, MITSUBISHI, RUUD, RHEEM, HITACHI, JANITROL, ABU HOSAN AND GENERAL ELECTRIC).
• Investigating availability and suitability options for new projects.
• Accountable for Profit and Loss as well as day-to-day manager dedicated to achieving bottom line results
• Development of key business plans, strategies and objectives.
• Effective Energy management planning and controlling.
• Focus on using best business practice to improve efficiency, by reducing operating costs while increasing productivity.
• Improve processes and policies to support organizational goals.
• Directing, coordinating and planning of essential central services such as security, maintenance, technical and soft services.
• Prepare and control operational budgets and carry out Financial Forecasting.

As A/c Engineer my job involves to up keep of operational and maintenance of HVAC system, technical evaluation, preparing technical specification controlling of man power and materials, control over the expenditure of project and over time.
Prepare various Annual Budgets like manpower, transport, workshop facilities, operational and maintenance budget etc. under taken installation and maintenance of all types of A/C systems.
Supervise and participate, when necessary in fault finding and repairs of A/c equipments.
Ensure that all installation work is carried out in compliance with the design requirements and according to international standards.
Define the relevant safety standards and ensure that they are complied with maintain and update station/site records including drawing and log books.
I was involved in prestigious maintenance project for various make of A/C’s equipments ( like CARRIER, YORK, TRANE, SKM, MITSUBISHI, RUUD, RHEEM, HITACHI, JANITROL, ABU HOSAN AND GENERAL ELECTRIC ) and associated system for ministry of health, Police Department and ministry of Education.
As a Service Engineer my job involves estimation, execution and controlling of manpower and material. The activities involved split unit, Package, reciprocating chiller unit, chilled water pump, Air handing unit, fan coil units and Fresh Air system of day to day operation, routine maintenance, preventive maintenance and Annual maintenance.
In additional I was involved in the sales of maintenance contract of all sorts of Air conditioning HVAC system as per the requirement of the customers. Reporting to Service manager with responsibility for customer satisfaction, co-ordination of contracting companies, Real estates, consultants, assignment for various private buildings, villas and hotels. Generated enquires, evaluation, status report, follow-up and expediting.
