Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1. In charge of Production Planning & Control, Quality, Maintenance, Safety & Security.
2. Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organization’s mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
3. Assures that products, processes, facilities and systems conform to quality standards.
4. Follow up, monitor, analyze and report to the top management the production planning performance.
5. Determine and implement improvements to production processes.
6. Liaising among different departments to achieve business and people objectives.
7. Ensure implementing Health & Safety standards according to the labor law and OHSAS 18001.
8. Handling a team of 60 employees including Section Heads, Supervisors, Officers and Technicians.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Preparing the aggregate plan and detailing it into monthly, weekly, and daily plans.
2. Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions for process related concerns.
3. Monitor, analyze, and report production planning performance and machines maintenance.
4. Operate using the company’s ERP system to prepare production work orders.
5. Follow up and assist in the implementation, evaluation and improving the group standards manual GSM to ensure the compliance with NG standard procedure.
6. Organize, plan, and participate in internal systems audits and follow up corrective actions implemented.
7. Responsible for the Safety Department in the company with all its duties.
