➢ Use behavioral interview questions or situational assessments to evaluate how they
might fit into the company culture.
➢ Create a report of shortlist of candidates who meet the basic requirements and are
potential fits for further interviews.
➢ Coordinate with team to finalize the list of candidates to move forward in the
recruitment process
➢ Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
➢ Oversee the distribution and promotion of job openings across internal platforms
(intranet), the company's website, and various external job boards, ensuring broad
visibility and timely updates of available positions Search, Screen and refer
applicants when appropriate
➢ Maintain an organized database of applicants and track their progress through the
recruitment pipeline.
➢ Ensure the screening process is transparent, respectful, and responsive to maintain
a positive candidate experience.
