Job Brief: following up implantation of surveying works in accordance to the design drawings. This includes, handling all the shop drawings from the contractor for inspection and approval of the surveying data “coordinates”, and follow up on the implantation of the approved shop drawings in terms of location and elevation.
The project consists of two high rising buildings consisting of approximately 20 floors, a hotel and Residences, as well as several parking floors for garages, with an area of 11, 000 square meters.
Accomplishments:
1. Establishing a comprehensive control point grid to facilitate the work on the project from all aspects.
2. Follow up on different types of contractors, such as construction, finishing and landscape contractors, including work compatibility with the surveying requirements.
3. Prepare the necessary detailed sketches related to the status of the conducted work.
4. Prepare all the necessary sketches related to the contractors handover processes.
Job Brief: Responsible for inspecting the shop drawings provided by the drafting department, combining the drawings into the surveying data, and prepare the data to be implemented in the specified land coordinates.
Accomplishments:
1. Establishing a work methodology which resulted in conducting 10, 000m2 of slabs monthly, specifically 75.000m2 in 9 months, including all the excavation works, 400 concrete basis, 500 different columns located in the basement spread among 35000m2, and all the cores and basis which holds the staircase and elevators.
2. Maintain a high level of accuracy through teamwork management and dealing with all the location challenges smoothly, with high level of coordination and implantation among different site engineers.
Job Brief: My first experience in dams constructions, our role as a consulting company gave me a great opportunity to employ my expertise in surveying, quantity calculations related to cut and fill for drawings purposes, preparing any necessary sketches, and follow up on the work performed by the contractor.
Accomplishments:
1. Handling a project that contains a 500m water tunnel with 5m diameter, excavated inside a mountain. It also contains a spell way from concrete and high retaining walls, and the ability of following up all the related surveying works in a high detailed level and professional manner.
2. Conducting multi layers dam, considering one of the faces of the dam will be covered with 40cm slabs with moving sensors, and the other side with a surface
road to be constructed during the ongoing work of layering performed on different stages.
3. Managing the different contractors surveying teams and handling the handover process for each contractor on a professional manner.
Job Brief: The job role was specified in two different contracts. Excavation Contract, which relates to handling all the excavation works, including roads, open areas, final excavation level and side benching of roads on a mountain. The second contract relates to infrastructure and road construction, which includes
follow up on all the infrastructure work, including drainage and sewers, and a 3 openings concrete box culvert.
Accomplishments:
1. Preparation of quantity calculation for the side benching using Civil 3D, which enhance the accuracy of the results of excavation calculations.
2. Handling all the surveying works related to the projects including location, elevation and slobs.
Job Brief: Responsible for preparing the as built drawings for the current land status with every minor detail, including landscapes, stairs, historical locations, elevations of entrances and their levels.
Accomplishments:
1. Detailed drawings for the current site status covering all the aspects before initiating the removal process.
2. Prepare all the necessary data for the new constructions to be implemented.
3. As a historical site, full coordination with the ministry of tourism and antiquities during the different stages of work, and in particular during excavation to preserve any antiquities discovered during the work performed.
Job Brief: Follow up on all the drawing with the drafting department, and as the shop drawing was continuously updating, applying these updates directly to
surveying data. As a contractor supervisor the implementation of the shop drawings on site, while
maintaining the accuracy, speed and managing the different stages of the work implemented simultaneously.
Accomplishments:
1. Follow up on all the surveying works related to the construction work for a project located on a 7000m2, which contains 3 building for which they are all
connected with multiple garage basements connected with ramps with one entrance and exit point. Up from the surface the buildings are separated with landscapes and without any connection. One is a tower starting with 1000m2 with more than 30 stories high and the other building is almost 10 stories highabove the ground
