Drive Revenue through recognition and realization of opportunity with the existing Wholesale accounts.
Manage major account relationships as the primary point-of-contact for day-to-day issues, including ongoing communications, and coordination of projects, billings and other activities.
Responsible for managing Sales (buying and selling) of Voice termination to Carriers in Jordan;
Identify new opportunities in the Wholesale area to allow Orange to minimize costs and/or maximize interconnect revenues, including maximizing Orange global service coverage whilst maintaining high quality of service;
Structure ongoing bilateral and swap deals with Carrier partners for business continuity.
Ensure that the Interconnect solutions meets or exceeds our marketing and business requirements at all times;
Manage all key national and some international Wholesale Interconnect relations;
Managing contractual, operational, financial and administrative aspects of the various Interconnect agreements;
Optimize the connectivity costs by continuous monitoring and control of capacity with Carrier partners.
Manage and co-ordinate Interconnect parties;
Conclude Bilateral Interconnect Agreements with key GSM and PPCs in Jordan
Administer all aspects of new and existing Interconnect agreements: renegotiate commercial conditions when applicable, control of contract expiration dates;
Utilize Orange international footprints, promote and explore business opportunities
Identify wholesale opportunities and negotiate new contracts or renegotiate commercial conditions on the Wholesale side to allow us to continue to meet our Business requirements.
Be the primary point of contact towards Orange Mobile on all wholesale and interconnect matters;
Establish and implement a clear relationship management strategy towards Orange internal accounts (Orange Mobile, Weinak )
Conclude wholesale terms with Orange Jordan to meet any future services that may be required by the national accounts (such as toll free access through other networks )
Undertake regular meetings with GSMs and PPCs in jordan to ensure that all aspects of the Transmission and Interconnect Agreements are performing in line with our expectations and in accordance with the terms of our Agreements;
Ensure that the national wholesale minimises its interconnection costs, through efficient call routing, whilst maintaining the desired quality of service standards;
Introduce new carriers or solutions that allow us to reduce our interconnect or service costs;
Ensure that all current wholesale cost information is correctly maintained and understood by the pricing team in Orange, so that we can continue to offer competitive and profitable customer propositions.
Manage the Interconnect Billing/Reconciliation system production and reference data and its on-going maintenance;
Resolve interconnect billing disputes with Interconnect parties together with Finance resource, as may be required;
Ensure that we efficiently manage, develop and maximise our interconnect revenues (national and international incoming);
Establish financial reporting and best practice arrangements to maximize inbound interconnect revenue, and minimize call arbitrage opportunities.
Provide input into pricing, positioning and strategy of the Telecom Market.
Develop annual account action plans.
Conduct regular Business Reviews and reporting with major accounts.
Provide sales forecasts and other reports to manager as required.
