❖ Develop and manage logistic plan in line with the objective of the company and project
❖ Supervise logistic and supply chain services for quality & cost effective functional breakup to the project and advice the management for viable function

❖ Responsible for directing inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities, safety performance, or logistics quality management.
❖ Ensure the staff and workers accommodation, offices are functions in line with stipulated facilities management and welfare requirements
❖ Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained whilst making sure that all operations comply with health and safety regulation
❖ Coordinate with HSE department and ensure safety, security and Health and Environment aspect of project and site installation area in order and meeting SC standards
❖ Supervise the functional requirement of Public relation officers and following necessary governmental approval under the direction/coordination
❖ Responsible for liaising with neighboring establishments such as Qatar Navy, Coast Guard services and Marriot Hotel and ensuring good coordination and smooth site operations.
❖ Arranging the supply of necessary equipment, vehicles and other material required for the project.
