• Work as a driver for Solidarités International, I transport people, according to procedures.
• Maintain the vehicle and equipment and ensure the safety of all passengers
• Take part in the basic upkeep of the vehicle, carry out up-to-date care and maintenance of the vehicle according to established procedures and immediately inform line manager of any problems
• Keep the vehicle clean and full of fuel
• Fill in the log-book and monitoring documents
• Supervise the loading and unloading of the vehicle as well as the organization and safety of packages in vehicle
• Follow up the fuel vouchers and complete the fuel payment for all the bases
• Follow up the car rental invoice for all the bases and prepare the files of the payment
• I perform or oversee repair/maintenance/building work within agreed deadlines.
• I carry out the purchases for the structure for Beirut office.
• I manages the receipt, storage, safe-keeping and delivery of food, goods, tools and equipment used by Solidarités International
