• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process lifecycle, from online vacancy postings to screening & shortlisting candidates for national & international roles, conducting competency-based interviews for all levels.
• Manage the annual training plan and conduct evaluations, while maintaining and updating the dedicated training portal for organizational use.
• Execute specialized HR support functions, including benefits management, position oversight, and recruitment
strategy refinement.
• Manage contract administration, agreement renewals and correspondence to maintain organizational compliance.
• Deliver comprehensive staff briefings on benefits, policies, and HR protocols, fostering clarity and adherence across the organization.
• Act as the focal point for HR Information Systems (HRIS), offering guidance, training, and technical support while
managing system tasks and generating reports.
• Evaluate and optimize work processes, proactively recommending improvements and fostering collaboration across
departments for enhanced efficiency.
• Responsible for gathering and assessing necessary documentation for donor or auditor requirements, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and fostering transparency within the organization.
• Manage the complete recruitment process lifecycle, from online vacancy postings to processing and shortlisting qualified candidates and conducting competency-based interviews for national and international positions at all levels.
• Coordinate recruitment services, including job description finalization and panel interview support, leading to the
preparation of the offer letters to candidates.
• Oversee the annual training plan, the yearly evaluations, and maintain the dedicated training website for ACF.
• Provide comprehensive support for leave and per diem requests of the international staff.
• Execute specialized HR support services, encompassing benefits, position management, and recruitment
• Manage contract administration and benefits oversight, including renewals and official communications.
• Provide comprehensive staff briefings on benefits, policies, and HR procedures.
• Act as the HRIS focal point, offering guidance, training, & support while managing system-related tasks & reports.
• Evaluate and enhance work processes, making recommendations for follow-up actions and fostering cross
departmental collaboration.
• Assume responsibility for gathering and assessing the requisite documents required by donors or auditors, ensuring compliance and transparency.
- Participate in LibanPost recruitments for all departments and Post Offices

- Coordinate all ongoing and planned recruitments with line managers and HR department

- Ensure compliance with LibanPost’s recruitment policies and procedures, and follow up on the standardization of procedures across all post offices

- Carry out the recruitment process lifecycle including validation of requests, posting vacancies, processing applications and vacancies on the NRC’s applicable system, and shortlisting candidates.
- Lead on and participate in NRC recruitments for all offices
- Support in editing, unifying and developing job descriptions for NRC positions
- Coordinate all ongoing and planned recruitments with line managers and HR focal points
- Conduct Competency Based Interviews across NRC Lebanon for positions of lower, similar or higher grades
- Report on a weekly basis and as requested on all recruitment activities and provide any needed analysis and suggestions for improvements
- Coordinate with external institutions on recruitment matters.
- Ensure compliance with NRC’s recruitment policies and procedures, and follow up on the standardization of procedures across all offices
- Conduct reference checks for candidates using the applicable NRC minimum standards and applicable procedures.
- Maintain and update NRC’s organizational chart and provide customized charts as requested

• Conduct reference checks for candidates using the applicable NRC minimum standards and applicable procedures.
• Maintain and update NRCs organizational chart and provide customized charts as requested
• Ensure that the recruitment process is within the set time frame and followed up accordingly
• Maintain the Human Resources Information System by updating it on daily basis
• Coordinate with line managers and planned activities regarding hiring, trends, needs and recruiting strategies
• Provide candidates with the necessary support during the onboarding phase in order to ensure a smooth induction
• Ensure that all candidates are informed about their application status by phone or through the recruitment system
• Process recruitment documentation and information from a variety of sources in order to support ongoing work flow
• Collaborate with universities and institutions in order to build effective working relationships that meet recruitment needs and attended job fairs
• Administer tests to shortlisted candidates & transferred employees, compute the results in the database
• Prepare and issue employment contracts to new employees
