•Analyzing test results and reporting to the development team.

• Maintain, support, and develop all IT-related systems, operations, and services necessary to ensure optimal performance of company infrastructure.
• Maintain the integrity and security of all company data.
• Make recommendations regarding system management, improvements, and enhancements.
• Manage and oversee the IT Department, including staff.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
• Train staff in new technologies.
Ensure efficiency in warehouse functions and reduce operating costs.
•Assist warehouse manager in carry out manpower planning, work scheduling and employee supervision to ensure desired warehouse productivity.
•Maintain and report warehouse inbound and outbound documentation.
•Assists in coordination of physical inventories.
•Performs other duties as assigned in support of business goals.
•Managing Reports and high printing skills.
•Inventory warehouses and match preparation of materials, then enter the invoices to the company system through the computer.
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
•Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cable, operating systems, and appropriate software.
•Read technical manuals, confer with users, and conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems and to provide technical assistance and support.
•Refer major hardware or software problems or defective products to vendors or technicians for service and Answer users' inquiries regarding computer software and hardware operation to resolve problems.
•Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors and install and configure various MS Operating Systems and Office Applications.
•Install and configure peripherals like Access Point and Printers Building small office network and cabling.
