Discovering the dangerous areas and knowing the type of danger in all the work area
► Ensure all HSE-related documents/reports/statistics are up-to-date and available on site.
Equip themselves for any audit
► Investigation of all accidents, incidents, and occurrences in coordination with Managers
or supervisors and to keep all records.
► Analyze data on work accidents, injuries, occupational diseases and extract
recommendations to prevent accidents and work injuries
► Ensure HSE information is systematically disseminated to all personnel.
► Development, implementation/delivery and revision of HSE induction, toolbox talks and
other training programs to all site staff.
► Inspection of all workplaces, the promotion of the safe conduct of work, hazard
identification techniques and communication of corrective measures to management.
► Conduct risk assessment for any new activity/new machine/facility (in consultation with
Project Manager.
► Participate in setting technical specifications for personal protection equipment’s and
devices and verifying their effectiveness and suitability for the nature of the work
► Ensure that all equipment of personal protection at work are provided
► Ensure that all labor safety laws and regulations are applied by workers
► Recommend solutions to issues that need improvement.
► Advise several ways of controlling potential threats.
► Provide health and safety measures in a working environment.
► Support staff with the identification of environmental aspects and determining the project
objectives and target.
► Identify and evaluate the unsafe environment and practices.
► Development of an Environmental Monitoring Plan for the following.
► Follow hygiene regular inspections in all food areas in site.
► Following chemical management inspections and. applying corrective actions needed.
► Applying waste management plan in site areas.
► Follow results of waste management Regular inspection in all areas for waste segregation
and housekeeping.
► Ensure proper disposal and management of hazard waste.

► Ensure adequate resources are available to deal with any emergencies that occur on site
and have an environmental impact.
► Regular inspection all emergency equipment on, site that is relevant to environmental
incidents including but not limited to chemical spill kits and. maintain in a constant state
of readiness.
► Ensure employees in areas equipped with spill kits are aptly trained in dealing with an
environmental emergency using the relevant spill kits.
► Be a part of the emergency response team and provide guidance and assistance in dealing
with the environmental issues identified during an emergency.
► Ensure that all employees, contractors and visitors on site are aware of the SGM
environmental management plan and procedures.

management plan.
► Relevant documents such as Accident/ Incident reports, monitoring data, training records,
audit reports, management meeting minutes and permits/ licenses are stored and
maintained to be readily identified and accessible.
► Install safety program and action plan to move employee culture.
► Install fleet workshop program (forklift evaluation - Defense driving program - cabin
camera- Black box ………..)
► Install Training plan for fleet workshop & manufacturing functions.
► Restructure HES function
► Develop and monitoring FF system in all sites

► Responsibility includes regulatory internal and external inspection, directing and
ensuring that any deficiencies noted during audit assessments and/or assessments and/or
regulatory inspections are promptly remedied.
► Develop safety and environmental standards and requirements.
► Monitor safety and environmental standards implementation in all branches to maintain
department SOPs
Responsible for 11 plant in different manfuctering, Borg Elarab.
