Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
Ensure the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions.
Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
Collaborates with the other finance department managers to support overall department goals and objectives.
Work with the Controller to ensure a clean and timely year end audit.
Supervise the general ledger group to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
Prepare the monthly financial statements.
Make the bank reconciliation on monthly basis
Review the cash on daily basis
Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
Prepare the financial statement analysis on monthly basis
Daily procedures include working with daily credit sales/ customer deposit reports, weekly check over credit performance of credit customers.
Preparation of monthly flash highlighting profit/loss of various activities within spare parts, accessories, admin/finance through recorded financials.
Handling of all AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Payroll of all Activities staff including monthly commissions.
Monitoring customer accounts
Ensure the all invoiced settled on time and no customer overdue or over limits
Controlling the customer credit limits on daily and monthly basis
Visit the customer locations and make sure that customer is doing well and deserved his limit
Passing monthly JV's and make sure that all accounts is managed
Collect the dead debits and go through hard negotiations with our customers to settled our invoices
Preparation of Journal Vouchers
Daily procedures include working with daily credit sales
Maintained books of accounts
Doing monthly inventory and controlling stock procedures
Manage suppliers Accounts and make sure that payment done as per agreed
