Assign in building and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in the in the countries and in the region concerned. Monitor the development performance and project portfolio of regional levels to ensure a close collaboration with sector departments. Participate in country policy dialogues and country strategies to identify issues and opportunities for the development of the pipeline projects.
Facilitated the strategic partnerships for better employment opportunities and economic development in the MENA region. Coordinated with relevant organizations, Government Institutions, non- governmental agencies and other GIZ programs to enhance co-funding arrangements. Managed the preparation and implementation of workshops, and seminars. Developed the quality assurance measures necessary for process improvements.
Managed the implementation and evaluation of development projects and initiatives in six countries in the MENA region: KSA, Bahrain, Jordan, Egypt, Kuwait, and Lebanon. Launched a fund-raising campaign to help the Syrian refugees in Jordan, Lebanon, and Turkey. Coordinate with all stakeholders (Government institution, NGOs, Private Sector) to implement the program components successfully.
