working with Amadeus IT support & help-desk team to troubleshoot network issues, printer problems and Amadeus software and platform installation for Amadeus clients,
- Answering incoming phone calls and provide support to callers experiencing computer problems of all kinds.
- Helping clients by an on-site visit or remotely using remote desktop software or on the phone by providing guidance and walkthrough to the caller.
- Administering on premises server and Domain controller which includes surveillance system and file server.
- Administering Microsoft 365 business cloud subscriptions for company’s employees.
- Carry out internal tasks such as requesting hardware quotations and coordinating with suppliers for maintenance or installations of any information technology related devices.
Working for the faculty of science, statistics department, providing technical support for 6 computer labs with 30 PCs and one network printer for each lab, the labs are connected to a domain network with two local servers running Windows server 2012.
-Installing hardware and software.
-Managing user groups and group policies.
-Solving software, hardware and network problems.
-Installing network printers, projectors, document cameras.
