HR System Manager and Employee Relations responsibilities include processing employee data, producing HR-related reports and ensuring compliance with relevant local and national regulations. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with databases and HR software like payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems. Ensure our HR Information Systems meet our business needs and are functional and cost-effective.
• Oversee the daily operation of our HR Information Systems
• Process employee data like leaves, wages and working hours
• Enroll new hires and enter information including contact details and job titles
• Collect necessary data for EEO-1 reporting
• Design manuals and document data processing procedures
• Generate ad-hoc reports (for example, reports on turnover, hiring costs and benefits)
• Collaborate with our IT staff to perform regular tests and upgrades to our HRIS
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations
• Research vendors and implement new integrations as needed
Acted and responsible as the Director of Human Resources for the AEC (in absence of contemporary director) in my capacity as Sr. Personnel Manager.
•Spearheaded in providing Human Resources/Personnel Services for the multi-million Saudi Riyal projects for broaden horizons of electronics manufacturing and O&M Projects to develop and deploy “performance excellence” quality system.
•Successfully aligned HR business planning and systems processes with performance improvement and total quality management.
•Implemented process improvements to ensure accurate, timely data delivery, reduced expense, and effective relationships with government regulatory organizations, resulting to:
•On-time delivery of products to internal customers and management.
•Improvement in overall internal customer satisfaction rating.

•Effective management of recruiting of high caliber manpower requirement of the company.
•AEC’s ability to administer expanded Employment benefits such as Home Loan Assistance Program, Savings Plan, Bank Loan, Medical and Dental Programs, and Car Loan Program for AEC Employees.
•Timely completion and submission of payroll inputs to Finance Department.
•Generation of periodic management reports and data analysis.
•Timely accomplishment of Commercial Registration Certificate, Chamber of Commerce Certificate, Employee Passports and Residence Permit, Company Official Stamp and Company Bulletin Boards.
•Convening the requirement for providing support services to Employees, such as airline reservation, ticketing and car/hotel reservations and other general administrative services.
•Appropriate management, control, maintenance and upkeep of all company vehicles including its annual budgeting and procurement.

•Generated responsible control for Employee Support Services such as general services, travel reservation, ticketing and car/hotel reservations, proper maintenance and upkeep of all company vehicles including its annual budgeting and procurement.
•Strict monitoring and compliance of AEC cafeteria and catering service concessionaire to the requirements of AEC.
Managed and trained Marketing Representatives that resulted into increased business deals with Saudi government ministries.
•Directed and monitored progress of forecasted sales and revenues that generated an upturn in sales by almost 100%.
•Presented AEC capabilities with the Government Ministries and Private Establishments that gained contracts award for various projects resulting to huge revenue for AEC.
Planned and implemented marketing communications activities for trade shows, exhibitions resulting to increased in publicity of AEC business.
•Directed local and international exhibitions allowing exposure of AEC products to vendors resulting in increase in sales and meeting the sales targets.
•Built excellent business relationships with exhibitions centers to elevate AEC’s products and services.
•Lead the department to ensure business quality and employee-vendor relations are fair and equitable.

Assume lead role in the planning and implementation of all marketing communications activities.
•Coordinate all aspects of trade show presentation, materials development, advertising and gift collection, including media coverage and press releases for AEC in news magazines publications and international and local television media coverage.
•Negotiate with the Exhibition Companies and Media Representatives in achieving optimum media mileage to enhance AEC exposure.
Identify and assess all areas of program and contractual risk and develop alternative strategies for management review and consideration.
•Provide recommendations to senior management regarding key financial and contractual issues.
•Define appropriate contractual provisions and documents to achieve business relationship and objectives.
•Formulate and negotiate favorable contract terms for AEC in all contract documents
•Provide early identification of potential contracts issues and disputes and identify alternative course of action.
•Identify customer directions and actions that are potential for appropriate contract adjustment amendments.
•Interface with customers on financial and contractual issues as well as business development opportunities.
•Negotiate and resolve contractual issues and assist in providing resolution to topmost issues of contract terms.
•Participate in proposal preparation, implementation and monitoring and cost control input.
Conduct procurement process of materials and services as accorded by the established procedures.
•Develop new suppliers and alternative suppliers for production and stock items materials.
•Visit vendors and suppliers’ facilities and maintain good relationship with them.
•Represent Procurement Section in meeting within AEC management including efforts to modify procedures.
•Administer contract purchase for services and materials and attend other assignments related to procurement.
Interpret and translates Military Recommendation provided by the Advisors to National Guard Officers.
•Translating all correspondents between the Advisors and the officers of National Guard.
