•Prepares a yearly knowledge transfer plan, in consultation and involvement of the concerned departments/section heads.
•Contributes to knowledge management and sharing activities.
•Develops and Implement sub-department knowledge transfer policies and procedures and ensure compliance with related rules/regulations
•Supervises knowledge transfer plans execution, and monitors the effectiveness of those activities.
•Engages with the knowledge programs/plans instructors and trainers, and provides them with the knowledge transfer related information; i.e. sessions dates/times and others.
•Participates in identifying the training needs for NIC staff by liaising with the Department/ Section managers.
•Keep abreast of new trends and rules/regulations related to the department.
Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.
*Designing and developing training and development programmes based on both the organisation's and the individual's needs.
*Design and developing training programs for all levels of the Bank for all types of banking products.
*Coordinating with specialized training consultants and institutions in bringing in speakers and instructors for training purposes.
*Provides assistance in recruiting staff with the Recruitment Officer through job announcement, advertising, interviews, and selection utilizing compliance to all Bank and Saudi Arabian labour law regulations.
*Coordinates with Group General Managers, Division Heads and Department Managers in assigning instructors from each Division for conducting in-house training.
*Getting vacancy details from employers.
*Matching candidates to suitable jobs.
*Screening and shortlisting candidates before employers interview them.
*Keeping records of clients, employers and vacancies.
