• Driving and coordinating the effective delivery of projects that meet the required outcomes for clients and key stakeholders, ensuring timely completion and within the prescribed resources i.e. budget, time and manpower.
• Providing leadership to overall project aspects to include planning, design, estimation, scope definition, risk analysis, safety plan, emergency plan, implementing quality standards... etc.
• Determining and managing project priorities to ensure effective application, allocation of resources and achieve project outcomes, delivery benchmarks, project budget targets and company objectives for projects.

• Key role in reviewing and approving project schedule; daily, weekly and monthly project reports; health safety and environment (HSE) reports; monthly financial invoices; and subcontractors, materials, and other documents related to project design and implementation.
• Facilitated as Project Coordinator the TSE Filling Stations Project in Riyadh, Makah, and Jeddah Project, and Supply of TSE to Princess Nourah University Project.
• Participation Reuse Treated Sewage Effluent initiative at National Transformation Program (Saudi Vision 2030).
• Ensured that needed resources (Manpower, Equipment and Materials) from projects start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
• The ensured success of TSE projects by strategically contributing to planning, designing, coordinating and follow-up the activities in addition to evolving and reviewing RFQ’s and RFP’s.
• Applied strong inter-personal skills in liaising with Ministry of Transportation, Municipalities, and Saudi Aramco, etc.
• Provided instructions to the engineering as Manager through project engineering instructions and procedures and resolved issues of engineering deliverables and approving the key engineering documents.
• Managed a multitude of SDB projects activities right from planning to designing, following up, reviewing & approving projects schedule and RFQ’s & RFP’s, interfacing with municipalities and agencies and final handover.
• Initiated value engineering and best practice developed annual budget for all CAPEX projects and approved materials, specifications, and other documents related to project design and construction.
• Supervised all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities.
• Ensures effective inter-disciplinary coordination in particular through weekly meetings with ownership of necessary technical decisions in case of unresolved conflicts between disciplines.
• Member of buildings preparation committee and member of Provision of lands committee.
• Served in various positions of responsibilities:
- Chairman of the Operation Department at Al-Kharj Sewage Treatment Program.
- Associate Value Specialist (AVS).
- Safety Engineering Coordinator for “certificate of OHSAS 18001:2007 (Internal Auditor)” project.
• Operational deliverables span supervising project works and technical labors; reviewing and approving the technical reports and assessment of results on a daily basis, and identifying operational materials requirements and making a requisition.
