Responsibilities:
-Responsible for keeping up to date with the latest relevant brand and product information.
-Providing customers with specification information on all Mercedes-Benz products and services available through the retailer including aftersales.
-Keeping up to date on competitors’ product information and using this to provide a critical comparison for potential customers.
-Consistently follow showroom sales process as defined by the management team.
-Present the features, technology, safety systems and unique selling points of the vehicles to customers during a showroom product presentation. Ensure that the product presentation is tailored to the wants and needs of the individual customer.
-Assist the sales executive in planning and managing the test drive process and offering product insight during the test drive. Provide the test drive (at least familiarization drive) at the convenience and location of the customer.
-Actively providing potential customer’s needs and requirement with a view to passing any relevant information onto the sales executive / transaction manager ensuring consistent and relevant delivery of exceptional customer experience.
-Proactively approaching customers in the showroom to offer help / advise and introducing the customer to the sales executive.
-Being available to all areas of the business to provide technical, brand and product specification upon request.
-Set up, assign and connect all ”Connect” enabled vehicles. Provide customer demonstrations of connect features of the vehicle and customer portal (if connected vehicles are in the country)
-Utilize advantages online to understand and demonstrate product technology.
-Use all available digital signage and guides to enhance the customer’s experience (if applicable)
-Follow up all customer enquiries in a timely manner.
-Involvement in marketing events / launch events.
-Completion of Product Expert training programmed and certification by Daimler (Certification Achieved September 2021)

- Serving in an organization with a flat management structure and providing assistance to the manager & the team as a whole in the performance of the team’s daily duties.
- Responsible to meet various deadlines, and prepare for specific business obligations, particularly sales and new business developments as well as servicing of existing customers.
- Responsible in establishing, expand customer network and managing sales activities to meet sales targets and revenues while conducting market intelligence in MENA region.
- Organize and coordinate sales appointments, prepare marketing materials for corporate presentations and proposals, provide support in promotional events and perform corporate presentations.
- Prepare a sales action plan and schedule to identify, pursue and follow-up on potential leads and new business opportunities as well as preparing reports on sales activities, follow up and updates for the management.

- Handling corporate clients of the institute and providing them with Accounting & HR training courses required, and professional instructor and the best material needed including the classes and the desired schedules.
- Searching for new corporate clients for the institute by setting meetings with the HR or Training Managers of the new companies and providing the necessary information about our center.
- Following up with current and new clients with the new courses available.
- Creating presentations for the clients, proposals and price quotations.
- Attending the walk-in customers in the showroom and demonstrating the vehicles available in the showroom.
- Collecting leads and communicating with prospect customers from different sources provided by the management, website submissions, events and car shows, personal references etc.
- Collecting inquiries and prospects contact numbers & information and following up with them to increase the sales volume.
- Identifying solid leads and booking test drives for more in depth demonstration for the cars, and show selling points and showing the customer the expected general performance of the car.
- Using the car configurator to set the specifications and features to match the customer's desires and sending the customization profile to the the factory using a web based application.
- Meeting the sales quota given by the management.
