Fleet Management & Transport, Supervising and planning vehicle allocation in order to optimally serve the needs of the program and to regulate the use of vehicles for the Program.
• Support Supply Chain Manager in the establishment of vehicle movement schedules.
• Raise the PRs from BvA (Budget versus Actuals) Bills of Quantities, General and Special Conditions, Terms of Payment, Scope of Works, etc. to ensure accuracy, completion and Consistency of the information.
• Work with other staff member to make sure security
and safety procedures followed for any vehicle movements through a regular inspection of the vehicles insure they meet the Safety standard.
• Ensuring vehicles carry emergency stocks and
conducting regular inventory checks on these items.
• Managing & Preparing vehicles rental and their
contracts and processing payment of the contracts monthly.
• Vehicle weekly check by inspection form.
• Evaluate Drivers performance and recommend on any
training needed for them.
• Calculate overtime and prepare payment request for rented vehicles and IRC drivers.
• Monthly Vehicles Cost and Usage Report.
• Monthly Generators cost, usage and fuel consumption Report.
Understanding of HSE principles and best practices
Knowledge of work the distillation column to distillate LPG.etc.
Knowledge of work the boilers, heat exchanger.
Knowledge of the treatment ways of crude oil by thermal cracking, Hydrogen etc
Graduated by a first sequence at the department
