Analytics involved monitoring of conversions from different marketing channels to purchase process and eventually decision to purchase, Net Promoter Score with qualitative analysis of cause-effect relationships, number of users, frequency of visits and use of different sections and features of the website.
- Recruited and managed a team of 11 direct reports consisting of online product managers, development managers and content editors. Established operations by defining team responsibilities, workflows and initiating competency development plans.
- Strategic business development with telecom clients. Managed contract negotiations and established commercial models for strategic partnerships.
