Manage SAP implementation as Project Manager and directly lead the consulting team in implementations for high profile clients.
• Accountable for the successful delivery of the assigned projects following SAP ASAP/Activate methodology standards
• Acts as a liaison between the Executive Steering team, Project Sponsor, and Project Team by building cooperative, constructive, effective relationships
• Oversees and approves all project deliverables
• Responsible for the creation of day-to-day management of the project plan, the project’s budget, and the project’s scope
• Accountable for the communication of variance in scope, budget, and schedule

o Recommend process and system improvements based on best-practices
o Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
o Supervise the full-cycle of planning, design, execution, training and testing phases
o Supervise project documentation for configuration, reports, interfaces, data, enhancements, etc.
o Interact with key stakeholders from all levels, and manage their expectations
o Manage a team of experts from various technical backgrounds
Provide consulting to high-profile clients as an Oracle EBS Subject Matter Expert.
o Define possible business processes automation through As-Is and To-Be analysis
o Build Request for Proposals (RFP) on technical, functional and financial criteria
o Evaluate received vendor proposals based on technical, functional and financial criteria
o Take a project manager and/or advisory role to support clients with software implementation
Managing part of the Hakeem program, a royal initiative to computerize the public healthcare sector nationwide. Scope of work includes Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Health Information System (HIS) implementations together with installation of supporting hardware/network.
o Define project plan while focusing on timely delivery of value

Managing the development of a Telecommunications Point of Sale (POS) product and implementing related Oracle EBS modules. The solution was fully built through Oracle Technologies and fully integrated in real-time with Billing, Activation and Oracle EBS Applications.
2012 - 2006: Senior Functional Consultant
Implement various Oracle EBS modules that are related to the Order-to-Cash cycle in the Financials, Supply-Chain, and CRM tracks. Introducing best practice to clients and taking a project coordinator role when needed.
