security audits, and compliance requirements.

Assists employees with customer problems and or special
technical situations requiring advanced technical
knowledge or leadership experience. Deals effectively
with customers complaints and problems.

Ensure that customer service standards are adhered to at all
times.

Assists in ensuring staff’s compliance to bank policies and
and procedures by exercising proper judgments in

(A) approval situation (B) assessment of validity of transactions and (C) identification of customers.
