1- Planning, organizing, directing and supervising the employees and workers of production and fully supervising the inputs, processes and outputs of the production processes.

2- Setting the daily plans for the items to be produced according to the orders received from the warehouse management and the sales department.

3 - Full supervision of the inputs and outputs of production processes and application of quality standards and procedures in place in the company and documentation of production processes.

8. Evaluate the progress of production processes and make the necessary changes aimed at improving the quality of production and reducing time, effort and cost.

9 - Reporting on all aspects of the process of production and achievements and failures to senior management.

10. To make recommendations regarding reward and punishment based on performance evaluation of employees.
