Handling inbound and outbound call.
Handle 120+ customer interaction per day, giving detailed, personalized, friendly, and polite service to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Memorized all company product and service to be able to answer customer questions quickly and efficiently and make upsells.
Collate source data such as customer names, address, phone numbers and enter data into various customers software.
I speak more than four language like English, French, German and Italian( able to meet all customer service requirements with the above additional language).
Able to support and assist customers with different requests.
Receiving and assisting different requestes from emails and social media.
My main duty is to ensure that the needs of customers are being satisfied aiming to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organization

Training staff to deliver a high standard of front office staff
leading or supervising a team of customer service staff
I control the hotel transactions and bills and supervise the registers of the different services and the daily accounts done in the computer. My job also includes coordination between the different services and supervising the night events (e.g. marriages, meetings…). I also interfere immediately to solve any probable trouble. I regularly consult the look book and the police register; and I personally welcome the VIP.
