Alkurdi is contracting company operated mainly in main frame computer site preparation . the company represented reputable international manufacturers as local agent in Saudi Arabia, the company had over 80 staff and over 150 Million Saudi Riyals annual turn over

I was appointed as system engineer in the low current department and reported to the department manager

Main Duties
* Development of design and shop drawings and submittals for customers and consultants approval for fire safety, gas detection, security access, public address and central clock system
* Ensure technical support to sales section in tender stage and discussion with consultants
* Worked with procurement to secure the materials order from manufacturer and local market
* Ensure projects are commissioned and handed over as per agreed target dates.


Main Achievements
* Successfully passed all technical training delivered by the international manufacturers representatives
* Helped the company in saving project cost by avoiding delays in project handovers due to total reliance on subcontractors.
* Helped sales team in winning 2 Million SR project of Prince Naif palaces -Renovation of Fire Alarm and Closed Camera TV system in Jeddah and Taif
* Helped the sales team in wining project of supplying fire alarm and public address systems Glaxo Pharmaceutical Factory although other equivalent brands were clearly mentioned in the project tender specifications
