Determined, in conjunction with counterparts in Local Organizing Committee (LOC) and clients, of areas that required application of branding elements.
Managed installation of branding elements on site,
Reviewed installed items and identified necessary repairs and replacements.
Followed up with LOC / client for additional branding requirements.
Supervised decommissioning of branding and signage elements at venue, as well as oversight of reinstatement works.
Supported Project Managers with oversight of branding installations at events.
