As an Administrative Assistant at Concordia College's Garden Campus, I am responsible for efficiently managing all communication channels including emails, letters, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence from students, staff, and external stakeholders.
One of my key responsibilities is to maintain accurate records of student grades, attendance, and other administrative data to ensure the smooth functioning of the college.
In addition, I organize and coordinate events such as seminars, and workshops, ensuring that all arrangements are made on time and within budget. I am also responsible for scheduling appointments for the college's senior management, staff, and external stakeholders.
Furthermore, I provide valuable administrative support to different departments within the college such as HR or marketing, to ensure that they are able to perform their duties efficiently.
Additionally, I handle student inquiries, providing information on programs, admission requirements, and other administrative matters.
Overall, as an Administrative Assistant, I am committed to delivering exceptional support to all stakeholders, and performing any other duties assigned to me by the management.
