Executing the project timeline

Strategic:
* Prepare annual plans and budgets to meet the department's strategic objectives.
* Monitor implementation of the annual plans and measure achievements of results against the budgets and objectives and take corrective measures as appropriate.
* Recommend annual marketing and after sales strategy, such as pricing, stock levels, product mix etc... in the area of HVAC sales.
Operational:
* Assign targets to the sales team, follow up on targets, analyze variances and implement recommendations following approval by the Deputy General Manager Sales and Business Director.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including distributors, retailers, and industrial clients.

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HVAC market. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities, potential threats, and areas for business growth.
* Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and generate leads. Collaborate with the applied department and unitary department & spare parts department to create sales materials, product presentations, and advertising campaigns.
* Monitor sales performance and analvze data to identifv trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular sales reports, including forecasts, sales pipeline analysis, and market insights, for presentation to senior management.
* Determine pricing strategies for different products and negotiate contracts or pricing agreements with customers.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure competitive pricing and value proposition.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as manufacturing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure timely delivery of products, manage inventory levels, and resolve customer issues effectively.
* Keep customer master data and update customer database to focus on promotional activities and campaigns.

* Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and technical advancements related to lubricants. Provide technical support and training to sales team members and customers to enhance their understanding of product features and benefits.
