1. Creating contracts on SAP with material numbers & prices for all contract line items to match them with all received tickets
2. Raising & updating sales orders for each upcoming job.
3. Financial tickets control & entry for all Sub-Product Service Lines & submitting them to the Finance to ensure it is billed correctly by A/R
4. Revising & sending the ticket log to finance department to facilitate accurate ticket control
5. Calculation & submission for all reserves/discounts needed as per customer to the finance department in accordance to any explanation needed
6. Performing & Submission of intercompany charges to other PSLs & to other countries on SAP
7. Raising debit/credit notes & invoice cancelation requests to different customers & ensure that all required approvals are proceeded with.
8. Continuous update & follow up on the revenue sheet to give accurate revenue milestone for 5 Sub PSLs
9. Accrue& Follow up to ensure that accrued tickets are replaced with original ones
10. Handling cost of goods sold of the chemicals & Follow up with the A/P
11. Preliminary handling for the payroll, time sheets entry& revising on SAP
12. Documentation & archiving all tickets on the sharing PSLs intranet
13. Scheduling equipment & personnel for each job on SAP, reports on the assets control utilization

My experience includes working full time at Mobinil as a Reporting / KPI Coordinator at the IT Department in the Billing & operations support team in SV. . My basic responsibilities is working with my team members under the supervision of my Head off to ascertain programmatic achievements, framing their work and track them effectively .Also, I implement all-encompassing administrative tasks of my team & accomplish daily e-mails to the executives.
