I started as human Resources project manager and since June 2019 I was assigned the role of Operations Manager.
I have developed a Human Resources system.
formulate the Human Resources policies and procedures.
Oversee employees performance evaluation procedures.
Working with external HR consultants on special projects.
Contributed on the process of enhancing and improving the process and procedures of the payroll of the ministry in order to eliminate errors as well as to correct the existing mistakes.
§ Successfully mentoring team members on employee relations spectrum. Maintaining payroll information by designing
systems; directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data for 2900+ employees; balancing payroll accounts by
resolving payroll discrepancies & maintaining payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures
§ Preparing reports by compiling summaries of earnings, deductions & leave; providing SAMA required reports & quarterly
and annual reports. Providing support in benefit administration. Processing monthly & bi-weekly employee payroll
including employee’s Loan requests, business and training missions and verifying and auditing documents and employee
advances through appropriate channels
§ Rendering responsibility of GOSI for maintaining accurate head count and compliance with Saudi Labor Law; completing
operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
Major Achievements:
¾ Successfully configured the new payroll type for BSF staff
¾ Managed to configure and automate department reports
Managing the monthly payroll of KSA BU & UAE
Leading the implementation of a HR application to automate two of HR processes.
Nominated by the senior management to lead a global project to implement a HR SAP system Successfactors.
I was working on implementing a time management system prior to my resignation.
Calculated and deducted appropriate amounts from payroll checks, including GOSI deductions and other garnishments
while preparing monthly payroll and journal entries. Ensured compliance of payroll transactions with organizational and
governmental policies. Rendered GOSI annual update of employee salaries for ensuring issuance of GOSI certificate
§ Prepared and processed final settlement of the resigned/terminated employees, obtained and verified direct deposit
banking information from employees; processed employees leaves, vacations, entry & exit visas and tickets
§ Supervised internal payroll and accounting audits on a semi-annual basis and handled aspects of controlling, tracking and
employee registration/Deletion in GOSI and Saudization HC auditing in accordance with GOSI data, payroll system, MOL
and Muqeem JAWAZAT
Major Achievements:
¾ Applauded by higher management for implementation of the workflow application for the purpose of automating
two of HR processes
¾ Implemented and managed Mega Project “Time and Attendance System” for three manufacturing plants
¾ Rendered responsibilities as lead for the Global HR transformation project for two business units in KSA which
included implementation of SAP success factors (EC - MyHR)
¾ Devised and implemented successful action plan to enhance payroll system efficiency
¾ Recognized as Process Owner for 8 Processes and Key Controls
