i / Developed marketing plan for Vaxigrip (flu vaccine) in line with the 4P model. This product represents 38% from Sanofi Pateur Morocco organic sales (i.e. 10 M$)
•Lead a communication campaign targeting, through 2 legs, consumers, in order to educate them on importance of vaccination against flu, and 90% of key opinion leaders (doctors and pharmacists) to raise the vaccine prescription.
• Worked sales representatives training regarding the vaccine and developed the concept sell for doctors and pharmacists.
• Defined the distribution plan for wholesalers and developed a weekly tracking tool enabling the company to achieve its distribution targets and share of stock.
ii / Designed a communication campaign of a second product (ROR) and reach 115% NOS index vs. YAG.
iii / Developed a tracking tool enabling to have a monthly report of the company sales by product/region. This tool enabled to identify opportunities and recommend specific action plan.
i/ Lead an international benchmark and recommended a line up extension (packaging, flavors).
ii/ Identified low seasonality periods thanks to a deep analysis work and recommended an action plan which enabled to maintain sales on these periods.
iii/ Designed a digital platform for a product (content and architecture) being inspired from other products platforms that have the same target.
i/ Conducted a market research to collect information about market value, communication choices, customers’ needs and how recruitment is handled.
ii/ Benchmarked various current offers in Morocco and international companies and defined the best product positioning for the e-recruitment solution in terms of pricing and product benefits.
iii/ Defined a marketing plan using the 4P Model, based on market survey analysis and benchmark, and then followed its implementation.
