* To perform quantity take-off using tender drawings
* To coordinate with the Technical Department to know what system to be used.

* Monitor project status with the assigned district.
* Coordinates with the focal person involved for every project in the district.

requirements, contracts and conditions, architectural drawings and other
documents provided along with inquiry).
* Send the request for information if we find discrepancies between tender

* Quantity take-off of all aluminum works based on architectural drawings.
* Inquire and upgrade glass and other brought-up items rates from local and
international suppliers.
* Coordinating with design department for the suitable and economical profile to
be used.
* Determine the total weight required for the project.
* Determine the cost of all hardware and accessories for all aluminum works
involved like doors, windows, curtain walling (unitized or stick), skylights,
aluminum or stainless steel cladding.
* Determine the area of each type of glass and cladding.
* Built-up Bill of Quantities for the submission to the client.
* Preparing quotations and correspondence.
Project: Jewel of the Creek
fit-out
* Responsible for evaluating and estimating complete project quantities for
tendering.
* Preparing and monitoring of specified materials required finishes for any certain
project.
* Examines and cross check the consistency of all tender documents and initiate the
preparation of tender clarification to the client that needs to be confirmed and
defined.
* Prepares value engineering as needed.
Projects: Fit-out works metal works for Villas, Retail/ Residential/ Commercial

Reviews the plans and financial projection of the project.
* Prepares cost estimates as per the plans and specifications.
* Plans and coordinates with the Project Engineer to resolve issues.

* Does fieldwork in the identification of parcels and property line identification.
* Assigns property index numbers to each parcels of land within the province
boundary.
* Performs cost assessment and analysis of the property.
* Participates in the land area computation both in the field and in the transfer of
information.
* Responsible in the establishment of complete inventory of all real property in the
province.
* Responsible in keeping field documents and technical material and drawing files
* Coordinate fieldwork activities and internal scheduling such as document and
